Frequently Asked Questions

How many photos do you need for a custom figurine?

Between 2 and 6 photos from different angles: front, right profile, left profile, and the back if possible. Good lighting and a plain background. The more material we have, the closer the likeness.

What is HueForge?

A technique that builds an image out of filament layers of different colours, each a fraction of a millimetre thick. The result looks like a printed picture, but it's a physical object that changes appearance with the angle of the light. Best hung near a window or under a lamp.

Can you print my own file?

Yes. Send an STL or 3MF file and we'll quote based on weight, print time and material. If the file needs repair before printing, we'll tell you.

Do you print Warhammer or Dungeons & Dragons figures?

We only print and sell models we hold a commercial licence for, or models we designed ourselves. Official Games Workshop or Wizards of the Coast models are not sold here. However, our painting service applies to any miniature you bring us — including official ones.

What material do you print in?

PLA is the default — sharp, stable and environmentally friendly. For items exposed to heat or mechanical stress we use PETG. For special effects we have PLA-Silk and metallic filaments.

Will it break?

FDM printing is strong enough for normal use, but it isn't injection-moulded plastic. Very fine details (swords, antennae, fingers) are the weak point. If something breaks on the way to you — we reprint it at our expense.

Can I cancel an order?

Catalogue items — yes, under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law. Items made to order specifically for you are exempt from the right of cancellation once production has begun. Before production starts you can cancel at no cost.

Do you issue an invoice?

Yes, with every order. We are a registered business.

Do you have a physical shop?

No. The studio in Netanya works by appointment — you can arrange a pickup or a meeting for larger projects.
