From the moment you write to us until the parcel reaches you — four steps.
1. Tell us what you want
Send a WhatsApp message or fill in the form. For a custom order, attach photos. The more angles you send, the more accurate the model.
2. Get a price and a timeline
We come back within 24 hours with a final price, delivery time and a breakdown of exactly what you'll receive. No surprises later.
3. Approve the preview
For custom orders we build the 3D model and send you a render for approval before we start printing. If you want something changed, this is the moment.
4. We print, paint and ship
Printing happens in the studio in Netanya. If you ordered painting, every piece is hand-painted with an airbrush. At the end we send photos of the result, and then the parcel goes out.
Lead times
- Catalogue items — 3-7 business days
- Custom order, unpainted — 7-14 business days
- Custom order with painting — 14-21 business days
- Replacement parts — depends on complexity, usually 3-10 days

Local pickup from Netanya by appointment — free of charge. Courier delivery to your door anywhere in Israel.
