Cancellation — catalogue items
You may cancel a transaction within 14 days of receiving the product or of receiving the transaction details document, whichever is later, under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. The product must be returned in its original packaging and unused. A cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction price or ILS 100, whichever is lower, may apply.
Cancellation — custom-made items
Products manufactured specifically for the customer on the basis of a personal order — figurines from photos, HueForge pictures, dolls, bespoke replacement parts and painting work — are exempt from the right of cancellation under section 14C(d)(4) of the Consumer Protection Law, and this applies once production work has begun.
Up to the moment you approve the preview and production starts, you can cancel at no cost and receive a full refund.
Faulty items or damage in transit
If an item arrives broken, faulty or materially different from what was approved — photograph it and send it to us within 7 days of delivery. We will reprint it at our expense or refund you in full, at your choice.
Variation in shade and finish
3D printing and hand painting are handwork. Slight differences in shade, texture or layer lines between items are possible. These are characteristics of the technology and are not considered defects.
