These Terms of Use govern the use of the PrintForgeIL website and the ordering of products and services from it. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. These terms are written in the masculine form for convenience only and are addressed to all genders.
1. About us
PrintForgeIL is a custom 3D printing studio operating in Israel. Full business details, registration number, address, phone and email appear in the site footer and on the Contact page. Contact for any matter relating to these terms: through the Contact page.
2. What we provide
Custom 3D printing (FDM), printing from customer-supplied files, modelling from photographs, hand and airbrush painting of miniatures and figures, replacement and spare parts, terrain and accessories. Every item is produced to order.
3. Orders and quotes
A price quote issued by us is valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise, and is based on the information, files and photographs supplied by the customer. If the actual model differs materially from what was supplied (size, volume, complexity, supports required), we will issue an updated quote before starting work. An order becomes binding only after full payment has been received and we have confirmed it in writing.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in New Israeli Shekels (ILS) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is made through the payment providers integrated into the site. A receipt is issued for every payment. Prices may change at any time; the price that applies to an order is the price displayed at the moment the order was completed.
5. Production and delivery times
Production times shown on the site are estimates in business days and begin the business day after payment and final approval of the design. Custom items typically require 5 to 10 business days, and painted items may require longer. Delays caused by shipping carriers, force majeure, security situations or supplier shortages are not within our control.
6. Customer files, photographs and intellectual property
When you send us a file, a 3D model, a photograph or a design, you declare that you own all rights required to reproduce it, or that you hold a valid licence to do so. We are not required to verify ownership of rights and we do not do so. Full responsibility and indemnification for any claim of copyright, design, trademark, personality or privacy infringement rests with the customer. We may refuse any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to infringe third-party rights.
7. Orders we do not accept
We do not produce weapons or weapon parts, items intended for illegal use, items infringing third-party rights, medical or safety-critical parts, or offensive and hateful content. If such an order is placed, we will cancel it and refund the payment in full.
8. Cancellation and returns
Cancellation of transactions is governed by the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations. Please note: items manufactured specifically for the customer under section 14C(d)(4) of the Consumer Protection Law are excluded from the statutory right of cancellation, because they cannot be resold. For custom items, cancellation is possible free of charge only before production has begun. For stock items that were not customised, the statutory cancellation rules apply in full. Full details appear on the Shipping, Cancellations and Returns page.
9. Nature of 3D printed products
3D printing is a layered manufacturing process. Fine layer lines, minor surface texture, small dimensional deviations of up to approximately 0.5 mm, and slight colour differences between the screen and the physical object are inherent characteristics of the process and are not defects. Photographs on the site are illustrative. Painted items are handmade and each one differs slightly from the next.
10. Warranty and liability
We warrant that the product will be free of manufacturing defects for 14 days from the date of receipt. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, drops, heat, direct sunlight, wear, or modification of the item. Printed items are decorative and hobby products and are not intended for load-bearing, safety, medical or high-temperature use. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the specific order.
11. Shipping and risk
Shipping options, rates and areas are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery. Damage in transit must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, together with photographs of the packaging and the item.
12. Site content
All content on this site — text, photographs, designs, logos and original models — belongs to PrintForgeIL or is used under licence, and may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without written permission.
13. Accessibility
We invest in making the site usable for people with disabilities. Details, current status and a channel for reporting problems appear on the Accessibility Statement page.
14. Privacy
Use of the site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how it is used and what rights you have.
15. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time the order is placed.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute lies with the competent courts of the Central District.
